The Dublin-based company was established in 1978 by Scott N. Amarant, a seasoned expert who wears many hats as head of the firm. Scott is a general contractor, author, and a Certified Professional Building Designer by the American Institute of Building Design. He is a fourth-generation member of the Amarant clan, a well-established family in San Ramon Valley with roots as far as 1920. The family has served the Tri-Valley region for a century and continues to do so under Scott's skillful guidance.
